Special projects are one-off tasks that fall outside the scope of the regular pick and pack process. They include jobs like counting inventory, repackaging and/or bagging products, quality control, and any other generic tasks that aren’t already a part of your plan.
Our special project fee is $45/hr per person billed in 15-minute increments. Before performing a special project for the first time, though, we’ll conduct a time study to determine how long the task should take so you’ll know how much the task will cost.
Here’s how it works:
- First, we'll run a small test sample—approx. 15-30 minutes—overseen either by our Warehouse Manager or one of our dedicated Happiness Engineers.
- Then we'll give you an estimate of time and cost to finish your project.
- All you have to do is to factor in those costs for the current and future tasks!
