Sometimes when orders are placed, customers may to want to change the address being shipped to for a number of reasons - whether it be because they entered an incorrect address, or realized they'll be out of town when a package is set to be delivered. If this ever happens with one of your customers, ShipMonk may be able to save the day (depending on the shipping method being chosen and the current status of the package's transit)!

For DHL eCommerce shipments: Changing the address of a DHL eCommerce order is not possible once the shipping label has been created.

For USPS shipments: Email your Happiness Engineer to put in a Package Intercept request. There will be a fee of $15 for a USPS Package Intercept.

For DHL Express shipments: Inquire with your Happiness Engineer to see if the shipment isn't too far along to change the destination of the shipment. They will need to file a Redirect Authorization form for the shipment.

For FedEx shipments: Inquire with your Happiness Engineer to see if the shipment isn't too far along to change the destination of the shipment. They will ask our representative for FedEx to look into changing it.

For UPS shipments: Inquire with your Happiness Engineer to see if the shipment isn't too far along to change the destination of the shipment. They will ask our representative for UPS to look into changing it.
