Sometimes an order will come through to ShipMonk that may be canceled by the customer, or you just won't want that order to be fulfilled anymore!

In these situations, you'll want to cancel the order. To do this, you'll just need to follow 2 simple steps:

Step 1. Find the order in the orders list, and select it by clicking the check-mark box next to that particular order Note: You'll need to apply a filter the orders list, you cannot perform any actions on orders when under "All" orders

Step 2. Click the "Cancel" button in the options bar at the top of the orders list (see screenshot below):

It's important to note that orders cannot be canceled once they have begun to be picked. At that point, it is too late to cancel the order!
