I. Introduction


Sometimes you may want to change something about an order - whether it be the customer name, Ship To address, shipping method, or the SKUs (and their quantities) requested in the order. This is a very simple process, with just a few steps:


*NOTE* Orders cannot be edited once their fulfillment has begun. In other words, once an order reaches "Pick in Progress" status, the order is not able to be edited.




II. Instructions


Step 1. In the navigation bar at the top of the page, click on "Orders" which will take you to your order list.





Step 2. Find the order you need to cancel and click on the order number hyperlink for that order which will take you to the "Order Details" page for that order. 





Step 4. Place the order on hold by clicking on "Put on Hold"  at the top of the "Order Detail" page. You'll be asked to confirm your choice. Click "Yes" to proceed. 





Step 5. In the "Order Detail" page, make your necessary changes. 


For this tutorial, we changed the address from:


321 Hollywood Blvd

Apt# 2D

Los Angeles, CA 90001


to 


5543 Aliquet St. 

Fort Dodge, GA 20783


then we clicked "Save" on the bottom-left of the "Customer Information" section to lock in our changes.





Step 7. Once your changes are made and saved, re-submit your order for fulfillment.
