Sometimes you may want to change something about an order - whether it be the customer name, Ship To address, shipping method, or the SKUs (and their quantities) requested in the order. This is a very simple process, with just a few steps:
Step 1. Place the order on hold.
Step 2. Open the order detail page for that order by clicking on the order number hyperlink and make any desired changes to the order.
Step 3. Save your changes by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4. Re-submit your order for fulfillment.
NOTE: Orders cannot be edited once their fulfillment has begun. In other words, once an order reaches "Pick in Progress" status, the order is not able to be edited.
