There are just a few simple steps to placing an order on hold:

Step 1. Highlight the order in question by clicking the checkmark next to the specific order number(s):

NOTE: You will need to be in on order filter (like "Submitted for Fulfillment", or "Action Required" - you cannot perform an action on any order from the "All" filter

Step 2. Choose "Put On Hold" in the actions bar:

Step 3. Done! Your order is now on hold. You can filter by "On Hold" to see that this was done correctly:
