Some orders from your store might contain SKUs for products we don't fulfill for you or are virtual and don't exist physically (e-books, coupons, etc). Regardless, when our system receives your order we will ALSO receive the SKUs for the products we don't handle.
To prevent unnecessary delays in fulfilling your order, we ask that all SKUs that are:
1. Virtual Products (e-books, coupons, etc)
2. Not fulfilled through ShipMonk
be blacklisted on our system so we know NOT to look for them during our fulfillment process.
To do this, we'll have you add the product as you would normally for the products we DO fulfill, except we'll have you select "Blacklist from orders"
Step 1. Scroll over "Inventory" and click "Add Product"
Step 2. Follow the instructions in "Creating a Product" and fill in the prompts
Step 3. Select "Blacklisted from orders".
Step 4. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page and you're done!
1. How do I "un-blacklist" and re-enable my product?
If you plan on fulfilling through ShipMonk a SKU you had blacklisted, you can change your product status by going back into the product page for that SKU, and deselecting "Blacklist from orders". Once you do that, click "Save" at the bottom of the page, and our system will know at that point to look out and fulfill that SKU in all future orders.
