This article will cover Option 2 and touch on how to use our support portal and submit tickets.
Step 1. Before submitting an inquiry to our Happiness Engineer team, be sure to use the search tool to browse our support documentation for an immediate solution to any questions or problems you're facing.
Step 2. If after searching the support portal, you still need additional clarification, or an article doesn't exist to resolve your issue, you can submit a ticket to our Happiness Engineer staff. On the top right-hand corner, click on "Submit a ticket".
Step 3. Fill in the prompts and select a topic that best describes your question or inquiry. Then click "Submit".
