II. Instructions

Step 1. Click on "Orders" at the top of the page in the navigation bar. This will take you to the "Order List" page.

Step 2. Select the orders you want to export into a spreadsheet by clicking the box icons in the column to the left of the "Order Status" column. Once you've selected the orders you want exported, click on "Other Actions" and then click "Export". After a few seconds, a blue box will appear on the right to notify you that your spreadsheet is being processed and emailed to the email you use for your ShipMonk account.

To help find the orders you're looking for, take advantage of our "Other filters" feature which you can use to filter orders through a wide variety of different filter options. Reference the picture below for the different filter options that are available.

You can also use the search bar on the top right-hand corner of the page to search the order list by customer name, tracking number, address, or order number.

Step 3. Check your email for the download link to the spreadsheet

Step 4. Once downloaded, open your spreadsheet and verify that you have all the orders you need. Use the "Order Number" column for reference when verifying.

You're done!
