ShipMonk now offers integration with Returnly. Simply reach out to Returnly support for an API key, send it over to a Happiness Engineer, and our developers will handle the rest. Once integrated, returns will seamlessly copy over from Returnly into ShipMonk and the process is all automated. Follow the instructions below for a detailed guide on how to integrate with Returnly.
*NOTE* You MUST have an enterprise account with Returnly to obtain access to API keys and this integration is ONLY supported with stores using Shopify
Step 1. Email Returnly support at email@example.com and inform them you need an API key.
Step 2. You will need to send a Happiness Engineer the API key you received from Returnly support and the Shopify URL of your store "examplestore.myshopify.com"
Step 3. ShipMonk developers will now handle the rest of the integration process and you'll be notified when it's complete.
Step 4. To verify that returns are being processed from Returnly into ShipMonk, check the "Returns" section by clicking it on the navigation bar, and look for orders with the Returnly logo.
Clicking an #RMA number hyperlink in the "Returns List" will pull up the details for a return. When integrated with Returnly, you'll be able to click "Open in Returnly" and go straight into Returnly's RMA details for that order. Back & forth access between ShipMonk and Returnly is easy and intuitive.
