I. Introduction


In the event you want your name and/or address in your billing invoice to be changed on past, present, and future invoices, the process is simple and occurs instantaneously after the changes are made.


All you have to do is go into the billing portal, change your name and/or address, and that's it!


Follow the instructions below for a step-by-step tutorial.




II. Instructions


Step 1.  Click on the "Account Balance" button on the navigation bar to access the "Billing Portal".





Step 2. Click on "Billing Information" on the top of the page 





Step 3. Change the name and/or address in the "Billing Address" section, then click "Save".

Step 4. To ensure the changes you made are taking effect, go back to the "Billing Dashboard" section. Then, download an invoice by clicking "PDF" in the "Actions" section of the "Invoices" box for any of your invoices.
