ShipMonk’s mission has always been to enable you to grow your business by handling fulfillment so you can concentrate on everything else. A large portion of that is providing you with as much actionable data as possible to help you make timely decisions.
The Inventory Report will allow you to pull data on each of your SKUs -- from how many units we’ve shipped to how much each SKU is costing in storage.
Step 1. From the dashboard, click on the Reports tab.
Step 2. Select the parameters by which you would like to filter the data.
Period: Enter the Start and End Date for which you would like to see the data. (Important to note this is from midnight of the day selected so if you use 3/17 as your end date any orders shipped on 3/16 will be listed in the shipped column but any orders shipped on 3/17 will not) This field must be entered in order to pull data.
Warehouse: See fulfillment levels by warehouse.
Stores: You can filter the report by store if you’d like just the data from one of your stores or leave it blank to pull data for all of your stores.
Step 3. Click “Apply Filters”
Step 4. This will display the relevant data for your review. If you’d like you can export the data you’ve generated by clicking on the export button above the filter options.
How are Bundle SKUs applied in Total Revenue? The item price of the Bundle is divided by the number of SKUs in the bundle and is accounted for in the Total Revenue.
Who Has Access? Only users with the role of 'Account Manager' will be able to see the report.
Is the carrying cost for all the units of that SKU in the period or just the ones sold? All the units of that SKU in stock during the filtered time period.
Units Sold- Total units on orders imported or placed within the filtered store(s) during the given time period.
Orders- Number of orders imported or placed that have contained at least one unit of the SKU placed in the filtered store(s) during the given time period.

Shipped Orders- Number of orders that have contained at least one unit of the SKU shipped from the filtered store(s) during the given time period.
Total Revenue- Is the sum of the price listed for that SKU on orders shipped within the filtered store(s) during the given time period. If the time period includes the current date then all orders in Processing, Submitted For Fulfillment, Pick in Progress, Backorder and On Hold will also be included.
Carrying Cost- The storage cost for each SKU in question. (The store filter is not applicable for this amount.)
Estimated Profit- Is the difference of the Total Revenue and the product of Units Shipped and the SKU’s Replacement Value.
